Meat rolls with bacon
Ingredients
- 1 toast bread
- 30 ml of milk
- 1 onion
- 300 g of minced meat
- parsley
- 200 g of bacon
Directions
- Pour the milk over the bread, leave it for 5 minutes, then put it together with the onion in a blender. Mix well, then add the resulting mixture to the minced meat.
- Season with salt, pepper, add chopped parsley and mix.
- We form smaller and thicker meat "rolls", which we wrap with bacon.
- Bake in the oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
