  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g almonds (can be ground)
  • 100 g walnuts (can be ground)
  • 100 g of pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g of linseed
  • 80 g of sunflower seeds
  • 80 g of sesame
  • a spoonful of hemp oil (can also be linseed or olive)
  • 50 g of dried poppy seeds
  • a teaspoon of salt

Paleo bread preparation process:
Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. While heating, combine all dry ingredients (walnuts, poppy seeds, seeds, almonds...) in a bowl, add salt and mix well. Add the eggs and hemp oil, mix thoroughly again, then transfer the mass to an oblong baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for 60 to 65 minutes. Have a good run!
