Quick recipes with few ingredients and a simple preparation method are a great choice for those days when we don't have much time to cook or bake, and even less to choose from in the fridge. And one of them is a 5-ingredient pizza recipe that went viral on TikTok.

It's no surprise that the recipe was a big hit - most of it was pizza loves in itself. The fact that it is used instead of classic pizza dough also contributed to its popularity bought a baguette, which significantly shortens the preparation process. The recipe is so simple that even the biggest amateurs in the kitchen can tackle it, and children will especially like it.

Ingredients for making a pizza baguette:

  • 1 baguette
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • 70 ml pizza sauce
  • 30 g of salami
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Preparation:

1. Heat the oven to 190 °C.

2. Cut the baguette in such a way that you get the shape of an "accordion" - i.e. 5-7 vertical cuts that reach about halfway in depth. Be careful not to cut the bread all the way through, as it will start to crumble and the recipe will fail.

3. Spread a little pizza sauce and salami in the slits.

4. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and garlic powder over the entire baguette.

5. Place in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

6. Cut the pizza into small pieces and offer it warm with a salad of your choice. Bon Appetit!

Additional tip:
This recipe is extremely flexible, so you can easily change it according to your preferences. If you are not a fan of pizza with salami, you can replace it with another type of cheese, green pesto, olives, arugula...
