Ingredients
- 600 g pumpkin
- rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
Directions
- Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the inner part and cut it into thin slices.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and add rosemary, salt and garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place in the oven and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
