Strawberry ice cream on a stick
Ingredients
- 250 g of strawberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 400 ml of sweet cream
- chocolate
Directions
- Cut some strawberries into small pieces, and mix the rest with sugar and mix.
- Whip the sweet cream and add the mixed strawberries to it, then mix.
- Add chopped strawberries and mix gently.
- Pour into an ice cream mold and place sticks in each mold.
- Leave in the freezer for 5 hours.
- Melt the chocolate, then leave it to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Dip each light into the chocolate.
