If you are looking for a dessert with strawberries, many people's favorite spring fruit, take a look at the easiest strawberry roulade recipe that will have the whole family licking their fingers.
The following awaits you the easiest recipe for strawberry roulade, which you will prepare one, two three.
Ingridients
For the dough
- 4 eggs
- 4 large spoons of flour
- 4 large spoons of sugar
Strawberry filling
- 3 dcl of sweet cream
- 40 dag of strawberries
Preparation
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and mix. Beat egg whites in another bowl. Add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of snow alternately to the mixture of egg yolks and sugar and slowly mix into the mixture. Repeat the process until you have used up the flour and snow. The mixture will be thicker at the beginning, but thinner and slightly foamy at the end.
Line the baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it slightly evenly with a spatula or spoon. Place the dough in the oven and bake for no more than 10 minutes. When the surface of the dough is golden, it is done.
As soon as you take the dough out of the oven, transfer it to a clean kitchen towel - the side with the paper should be up, so it should be facing you. Moisten the baking paper with a kitchen brush and water to make it easier to remove from the dough. Gently pull the paper away, then wrap the dough in a cloth and let it cool slightly.
Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces of the desired size. Whip the sweet cream.
Roll out the chilled dough, cover it with whipped cream, place sliced strawberries on top and roll it up again. The roulade can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorated with whipped cream.
So sweet good run!
