Stuffed apples
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 720 ml of milk
- 120 g of sugar
- 70 g of corn starch
- 20 g of cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 20 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (you can use vanilla sugar)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 60 g of dark chocolate
Directions
- Wash the apples, dry them and cut off the tops. Hollow out.
- Mix the starch and sugar, then add the cocoa, salt and cinnamon. Pour in the milk and mix everything well so that there are no lumps. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Then add the butter and stir until melted. Add the vanilla and chocolate and mix again until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the apples and serve.
