Ingredients
- 5 eggplants
- 1 pepper
- 1 purple onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 300 g of chicken fillet
- 600 ml of tomato sauce
- 20 g of Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano
- olive oil
Directions
- Thin the eggplant slightly with a rolling pin on both sides so that it is flat.
