Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

  1. It is important not to mix all the ingredients at once so that the pancakes are soft.
  2. First, beat the eggs, salt and sugar.
  3. Then add melted butter, mix.
  4. Add milk, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.
  5. Coat the pan with butter, as this will make the pancakes smell nice.
  6. Put 1 scoop of the pancake mixture in the pan and fry it on both sides.
