INGRIDIENTS
- 500 g of semolina flour
- 150 g of ground walnuts
- 200 g of finely chopped dried fruit
- tartar
- 50 g of coconut butter
- 5 dl of almond or rice milk
- a teaspoon of vanilla powder
- a few tablespoons of rum
- 2 spoons of honey
- pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a small baking pan with butter and sprinkle it lightly with flour. Combine the flour, fruit, nuts, tartar and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well. Add the liquid ingredients and pour the thick liquid mixture into the pan. Bake for about an hour, until the potica gets a beautiful golden yellow color. So sweet good run!
