INGRIDIENTS

  • 500 g of semolina flour
  • 150 g of ground walnuts
  • 200 g of finely chopped dried fruit
  • tartar
  • 50 g of coconut butter
  • 5 dl of almond or rice milk
  • a teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • a few tablespoons of rum
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a small baking pan with butter and sprinkle it lightly with flour. Combine the flour, fruit, nuts, tartar and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well. Add the liquid ingredients and pour the thick liquid mixture into the pan. Bake for about an hour, until the potica gets a beautiful golden yellow color. So sweet good run!
