CITY CHEF cooking academy - pasta

Yesterday we learned the art of making and preparing excellent pasta and had fun at the first cooking academy 2013/2014 - City CHEF.

Cooking can be fast, healthy and fun, as we learned in the showroom BSH Household appliances (active kitchen Siemens) at September's CITY CHEF cooking academy, when pasta was on the agenda. It is certainly true that there are as many recipes as there are ideas for pasta. Would you know how to prepare them in one form or another from fresh eggs and homemade flour?

At this year's cooking academy, we are together with Dragan and Jožica from Kaval Group prepared wide noodles, ravioli, gnocchi... in the traditional way with a variety of sauces made from sun-dried tomatoes and courgettes, gamber, hazelnuts and porcini... Of course, a good drop of wine was not missing with the meal. The official water of the event was Pit.
