Sandra Mansour x H&M: a dream collection that radiates feminine power!

Lebanese designer Sandra Mansour wants to send a message of hope and light to women around the world with her collection for H&M.

Sandra Mansour founded her fashion house in 2010, and attention to detail and craftsmanship, mixed with inspiration from art and Beirut and its surroundings, can be seen in all her designs.

For the collection Sandra Mansour x H&M drew inspiration from elements of nature and artists, such as Toyen, Dorothea Tanning, Lena Leclercq and Bibi Zogbé. The result is a feminine and powerful series dresses, blouses, skirts, tailored jackets, printed shirts and hoodies - tailored cuts, straight cuts, bell-bottoms, volume, statement details in an earthy color palette (gray, taupe, ivory, black). Dots, floral patterns, sunflower motifs brighten up transparent, delicate fabrics and emphasize the craftsmanship itself, feminine silhouettes and radiate strength and urbanity.

Since Mansour names each of her collections, she chose a name for her collaboration with H&M Fleur du Soleil. Her fascination with the sunflower, which follows the sun from dawn to dusk, is said to have contributed to the name.

The collection is available from August 27 on the Web and in selected stores worldwide.
