INGRIDIENTS:
600 g wide spinach noodles
a tablespoon of capers
100 g of smoked salmon
50 g of artichoke hearts
50 g of leeks
clove of garlic, salt, pepper
10 g of butter

PREPARATION:
Cook the wide spinach noodles
in salted water. In a pan on
we sort the capers in the olive oil,
artichoke hearts, leek and smoked
