Many of us know the Dolomites for their excellent skiing and magical nature. From now on, a very special experience is available, which can be experienced not far from the famous Cortina d'Ampezzo. The Starlight Room, as the experience was called, offers you an intimate retreat from urban life. This is what most of us expect from a vacation.
Starlight Room it offers space for individuals or couples and, thanks to its small size and glass design, allows for intimate contact with nature. The glass roof and the three directions of the sky covered in glass will allow you to see the stars like never before. Although the cabin is mobile, it is usually placed on 2,055 meters altitude. The wooden structure rests on a sled, and in the glass "chamber" there is room for a double bed, which allows visitors to lie down and observe the starry sky far from light pollution.
The bed also has the ability to adjust the angle, so guests can set the angle from which they want to observe the surroundings. The "room" itself does not offer special comfort, but there is a temperature thermostat and some essentials for spending a romantic-adventurous night. Host Raniero Campigotto provides culinary indulgence with a good and selected drop of wine.
The price for such an experience is around 300 euros and of course depends on the season and demand.
