Summer is the time when we can take a break and relax. It is also the time of summer parties, when we chat and have fun in pleasant company and while listening to selected music. But did you know that you can consume quite a lot of calories by drinking cocktails? That's why we've made a selection of cocktails with the fewest calories for you.

A trap can be hidden in small sweet drinks. Namely, the more ingredients a cocktail has, especially if it is mixed with sweet drinks, syrups or other alcohol, the more calories it has. Alcohol is of course the reason you gain a few extra kilos during the summer months, so we are here for you prepared some summer drinks that contain the least calories.

Champagne - 95 calories

Sparkling wine and champagne usually contain few calories and since it is served in smaller quantities, it is easier to keep track of how much drink you drank and thus how many calories you consumed. Sparkling wines and champagnes contain the right level of refreshing acidity and the lightness of the bubbles, which gives the feeling of quenching your thirst. The sparkling wines you drink in summer should be fresh, clean, elegant and light. In the summer months, so-called "long drinks" are also popular. An ice cube, some herbs and a slice of orange are added to the sparkling wine. The ice keeps the sparkling wine pleasantly fresh for a longer time, watering it down a bit and thus making it lighter, while the orange adds a gentle sweetness.
