Spring will wake us up and it's also time for spring dishes. At this year's cooking academy, we will indulge in the charms of asparagus and truffles, which are at the very top of seductive dishes, as they awaken all the senses due to their exciting smell.
All summer long, we will indulge ourselves with light and fresh dishes that nature offers us. Since it already smells like summer outside, we will spoil our taste buds with light seafood delicacies and fresh desserts at the cooking academy in June. So let's roll up our sleeves and leave it to the trained chefs, who will also entrust us with a recipe.
In addition to chef Dragan Marjanovič, the special feature of the May cooking academy was the guest appearance of the great master chef Igor Jagodic from the Strelec restaurant at the Ljubljana Castle. Culinary indulgence was followed by sweet indulgence led by Gregat Rodet. Check out the culinary masterpieces we created together and had fun.
The April academy will be playfully spring colored. We will include the first spring crops in the dish and season them as in the old days. We will prepare asparagus with thorn and other delicacies.
