The Japanese diet that took the world by storm

The Japanese have been known for their healthy diet since ancient times. This is also the reason why they live longer, are more vital and look younger for longer.

You can lose up to 8 kilograms during the Japanese two-week diet. The first 2-3 days are a little difficult, but then everything goes quite well. It can be done at any time of the year, as the foods included in this diet are always available.

First (1st) and thirteenth (13th) day

  • Breakfast: black coffee.
  • Lunch: two hard-boiled eggs, boiled cabbage salad with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice without salt.

Second (2nd) and eleventh (11th) day

  • Breakfast: black coffee, a piece of black bread.
  • Lunch: grilled or boiled fish, vegetable or cabbage salad with vegetable oil.
  • Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, a glass of yogurt.

Third (3rd) and eighth (8th) day

  • Breakfast: black coffee, toast (from black bread).
  • Lunch: large baked zucchini, two medium apples.
  • Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled beef, fresh cabbage salad with vegetable oil.

Fourth (4th) and ninth (9th) day

  • Breakfast: black coffee.
  • Lunch: 1 scrambled egg, 3 large boiled carrots, 15 grams of hard cheese.
  • Dinner: fruit.

Fifth (5th) and tenth (10th) day

  • Breakfast: a large fresh carrot with lemon juice.
  • Lunch: large boiled or baked fish, a glass of tomato juice without salt.
  • Dinner: fresh seasonal fruit, as desired.

Sixth (6th) and fourteenth (14th) day

  • Breakfast: black coffee.
  • Lunch: half a boiled small chicken, a salad of boiled cabbage or carrots.
  • Dinner: two boiled eggs, mixed vegetable salad.

Seventh (7th) and twelfth (12th) day

  • Breakfast: tea without sugar.
  • Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, fruit (seasonal up to 200 g).
  • Dinner: Choose dinner on any day except the third.

During the days for which the menu is listed, you choose and repeat the foods of any day that suits you.
