Recipe: Strawberry Tiramisu for the Gods

Ingridients
  • 400 g of baby biscuits
  • 1 kg of fresh strawberries
  • 500 g of mascarpone cheese
  • ½ pot of sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 vanilla sugars
  • 200 g of whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ lemon (juice)
Preparation

Of course, our list of the best recipes with strawberries also includes strawberry tiramisu. Wash the strawberries, drain, cut into slices and sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar. We wait for them to release the juice and save this too for later. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and mascarpone. In the third bowl, beat the egg whites and then carefully mix them into the yolk cream. Dip the baby biscuits in the strawberry juice and cover the tiramisu dish with them. Layers of cookies should be followed by a layer of cream and some fresh strawberries. We repeat as many times as we run out of ingredients. The last layer should be of whipped cream and the last handful of sliced fresh strawberries.

Recipe: strawberry roulade in the easiest way

Ingridients

For the dough

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 large spoons of flour
  • 4 large spoons of sugar

Strawberry filling

  • 3 dcl of sweet cream
  • 40 dag of strawberries
Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and mix. Beat egg whites in another bowl. Add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of snow alternately to the mixture of egg yolks and sugar and slowly mix into the mixture. Repeat the process until you have used up the flour and snow. The mixture will be thicker at the beginning, but thinner and slightly foamy at the end. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it slightly evenly with a spatula or spoon. Place the dough in the oven and bake for no more than 10 minutes. When the surface of the dough is golden, it is done. As soon as you take the dough out of the oven, transfer it to a clean kitchen towel - the side with the paper should be up, so it should be facing you. Moisten the baking paper with a kitchen brush and water to make it easier to remove from the dough. Gently pull the paper away, then wrap the dough in a cloth and let it cool slightly. Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces of the desired size. Whip the sweet cream. Roll out the chilled dough, cover it with whipped cream, place sliced strawberries on top and roll it up again. The roulade can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorated with whipped cream.

Ingridients
  • 3 sheets of gelatin or 10 g of gelatin powder
  • 500 g of ripe strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation

Clean the strawberries and rinse them under running water. Drain them well and cut them into small pieces. Add a spoonful of sugar and lemon juice to the strawberries. Mix everything until smooth and let it stand for 15 minutes. Then remove 100g of the strawberry puree, cover it and store it in the refrigerator, as this will be added to the final serving. Pour the gelatin into a bowl and pour cold water over it. Let stand for 10 minutes to swell. Then drain it and add it to the strawberry puree that you prepared earlier. Pour everything into the shrimp (container) and heat, but make sure the liquid does not boil. Add four tablespoons of sugar to the egg whites and mix everything well until the mass becomes smooth, firm and has the right shine. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Slowly mix the prepared strawberry puree with the sweet cream with a food processor so that the mixture becomes the color of strawberries. Then gently mix everything into the egg whites. Cover the mass prepared in this way and leave it in the refrigerator for at least two hours so that it cools down and hardens. Serve a layer of the prepared strawberry mass in beautiful glasses, and pour the strawberry puree that you saved at the beginning on top. At the end, decorate with pieces of strawberries.

Ingridients

Dough

  • 250 g butter biscuits
  • 50 g of butter
  • 150 g of edible chocolate

Cream

  • 600 g of fresh strawberries
  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 600 g of yogurt
  • 300 g of Greek yogurt
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 12 sheets of gelatin
Preparation

Finely crush the butter biscuits. Melt the butter and chocolate over steam and stir in the biscuit crumbs. Spread the mass evenly on the bottom of the pan and press it well against the pan. Place in the refrigerator to harden. For the cream, first clean the strawberries. Then mix them together with powdered sugar. Set aside 4 tablespoons of strawberry puree. Mix both yogurts together, add strawberry puree. Mix and add cream cheese. Put the gelatin sheets in cold water for a few minutes, then gently squeeze the water out of them and put them in a pot together with 4 tablespoons of strawberry puree. Heat slightly (DO NOT BOIL!) to dissolve the gelatin. Then remove the pot from the stove and add another 3 tablespoons of yogurt mass so that the gelatin cools down faster. Add the cooled cream to the rest of the strawberry and yogurt cream and mix well. The cream prepared in this way is spread evenly over the biscuit and the cake is placed in the refrigerator overnight. The pastry can be decorated with strawberries and chocolate crumbs.

Recipe: strawberry puff pastry cake (millefeuille)

Ingridients
  • pastry
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar

For the cream

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 6 strawberries
Preparation

In a microwaveable bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale yellow. Add the starch and beat well. Add vanilla extract and milk and mix to obtain a homogeneous mass. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (don't make it too 'tight') and microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from microwave and stir, let cool for at least half an hour. Cut the puff pastry into three equal rectangular pieces and prick it with a fork. Cook or bake the dough for 10 minutes in a bowl with a non-stick coating at low temperatures. Turn over and cover with a lid. Leave for an additional 10 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle one tablespoon of sugar over the dough. Turn the dough so that the sugar layer is on the bottom. Increase the temperature. Place a piece of baking paper over the dough and press the dough down with the help of another pan. When the surface is caramelized (1 to 2 minutes), remove from the stove and let the dough cool to room temperature. Using a piping bag with a round tip, pipe the cream onto the first layer of dough. Cover with a layer of sliced strawberries, add cream on top and cover with dough. Repeat the process. At the end, you can sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.

Ingridients
  • 0.75 l of chilled rosé wine
  • 2 – 3 baskets of strawberries
  • 50 ml of strawberry or raspberry syrup
  • 150 ml of water, soda or orange juice - depending on taste
  • fresh mint
  • ice
Preparation

We conclude our list of the best recipes with strawberries with a great refreshing drink. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them. Use about 1/3 of the strawberries to make the syrup, you will need the rest at the end of the process. Crush the strawberries that you cut earlier and put them in the pan. Add three spoons of sugar and boil everything together slightly (10 minutes), stirring occasionally to form a strawberry puree. Prepare a strainer and strain the strawberry syrup. Press the strawberries with a spatula so that all the liquid drains away. Set aside the prepared syrup to cool. To make the cocktail faster, you can also replace the strawberry syrup with raspberry juice. Add 150 ml of orange juice, water or soda (depending on taste), remaining sliced strawberries, ice, fresh mint and a bottle of chilled rose wine to the prepared strawberry syrup. Mix all the ingredients lightly to combine into a delicious aroma and cool well.
