The possibility to drive a 125 cc engine even with a normal car test made the Vespo GTS 125 engine one of the most desirable. For 2023, however, some great updates are in store for this road legend. Of course, we will also see it on Slovenian highways.
Vespa's top-of-the-range GTS model will get a set of several upgrades for 2023. Customers can traditionally choose two engines for the GTS model, the traditional 125cc single-cylinder and the 278cc 300 HPE, along with a stronger, smoother and more responsive CVT transmission. The suspension has been retuned for better comfort and stability, while the rear suspension link layout has been extensively redesigned with stronger components and better geometry. Everything for a really "smooth" ride and at the same time greater safety. The 300 GTS is equipped with 12-inch wheels for the first time in Vespa history. Also due to better driving dynamics. The GTS is available in four models: Vespa GTS, Vespa GTS Super, Vespa GTS Super Sport and Vespa GTS Super Tech. The Super Tech model is equipped with a TFT color display, while the other three models have a MIA connection kit that allows keyless start. The Super Sport model is simply more attractive by equipping it with more colored details.
And the price? Of course, it varies by model and choice of equipment. On the price lists, prices for the legendary Vespa start at around 5,300 euros. Which is not a little, but still not too much for this kind of legend. Vespas retain their value extremely well and are among the more "sustainable" purchases. That's why the Vespa is eternal, and driving it is somehow extremely cheap.
