Villa Nai 3.3 is located on the picturesque Croatian island of Dugi otok and is one of the most high-profile luxury hotel openings of the year, and the internationally recognized magazine Forbes has already listed it among the nine most dreamy hotels in the Mediterranean that are opening their doors in 2021. This five-star hotel will join the chain of Leading Hotels of the World with its unique concept based on constant contact with nature. It opens its doors on May 28 this year.

Villa Nai 3.3, which is undoubtedly a unique architectural achievement nestled in the landscape of the island, stands on almost ten hectares of centuries-old olive plantation on Dugi otok, more precisely in Žman.

It covers eight individually furnished accommodation units with a private terrace, which provide a feeling of complete privacy and freedom. As you would expect for such luxury accommodation, they have really paid attention to details such as the quality of the furniture, bedding, bathtubs, showers, etc.

You might be wondering where the name Nai 3.3 comes from? In the extinct old Dalmatian language "nai" means snow. And how is snow related to hotel or oil? For centuries, olive oil producers on the island have believed that the harvest is better when it snows on the island. This happens on average 3.3 times a year.

It boasts a 22-meter overflow pool with salt water, to SPAs based on olive products, two restaurants, and guests are also offered a tasting of the award-winning nof arava olive oil Nai 3.3, which is one of the first Croatian organic olive oils certified by a Swiss laboratory.
