Volkswagen is preparing a mid-sized four-door coupe NMC, which will drive alongside the Mercedes CLA and BMW 4 Series GT at the end of the year.
The limousine coupé segment has experienced a real boom in recent years and is now also moving into lower segments. Models prove this: Audi A5 Sportback, BMW Series 4 GT and Mercedes CLA. He will also join the aforementioned at the end of the year VW's diminutive CC.
V it measures 4.6 meters in length and basically offers just 500 liter trunk. Under the hood, for now, the study version is located 2.0-liter TSI unit from the Golf GTI, which develops 162 kW, and a seven-speed transmission takes care of power transfer to the road DSG automatic. Acceleration to a hundred takes 6.5 seconds, final and the speed is 244 km/h.
