Volvo revealed the interior of its off-road showpiece XC90

The Swedish Volvo has announced a new generation of its largest SUV - the XC90 - which will be brimming with technical excellence, prestige and advanced technologies for the end of this year. At first, this renowned brand did not publish photos of the exterior, but instead teased the public with a circulating photo gallery of the interior of the brand's new flagship.

The whole passenger cabin she was like that completely redesigned, whether this applies to the dashboard, steering wheel, seats or gauges. The emphasis was on quality and a sense of prestige, which they achieved with selected and high-quality materials, soft and scratch-resistant leather, and real wood inserts in different colors, as well as other natural elements that exude homeliness and elegance.

The first thing we notice about the appearance of the dashboard are much softer lines, a new steering wheel (which reminds a little of the one in the Fiat Panda) and much more clean center console, which in the current generation is bursting with tilted switches. The clean and transparent center console was one of the main guidelines for the interior designers, where the central part is now almost without switches, and the central role in this part is occupied by large touch screen tablet size. This was placed between the vents and sunk a bit to limit the effect of the sun on the ability to read data from it.

Comfort seats made of supple leather will take care of the most demanding people, while electricity will take care of moving all moving parts, including the headrests. They will overcome inflatable sides, and the passengers on them will also be pampered functions: heating, cooling and massage. The system under which it is signed will take care of the audio file Bowers & Wilkins, and in the field of advanced technology we can expect all the assistance systems known today, in which Volvo always plows the fallow land.

Photos of the exterior, as well as details about the engines and the rest, will surely follow shortly, premiere and will experience the model in early October at the auto show in Paris.
