It's not your body that's tired, it's your soul!

When a person goes through long periods of mental and emotional anguish, his soul often falls into a deep rest, which is often equated with depression, as the symptoms are similar.

And no matter how much we wish it were better, try to think positively and focus on being more energetic, we still we feel sick and exhausted.

The reason this is happening to us is, yes our soul needs time to heal, the same as broken bones need. Although we cannot see the soul, it is just as important as the temple where it resides, and therefore we should treat the soul as seriously as injuries to the body.

If we ignore these signs, it can lead to very serious consequences, such as chronic anxiety, mental health problems and depression. Here are 10 signs that our soul is tired and lacks energy.

1. During the day it is everything we wish it could be lay down and rested. We often doze off and sometimes find it difficult to get up and out of bed. We sleep restlessly at night because we have intense dreams and nightmares that feel extremely real.

2. Our whole body hurts. For no reason, we feel tension, dizziness, stomach pains, blurred vision, and headaches are also common. We want to feel better, we know there's nothing wrong with us, but we can't help it.

3. When someone asks us what's wrong with us, we don't know how to answer them, because neither do we we don't know what exactly we feel. We know that what is happening inside us is something complex and deep, but we cannot in any way describe why we feel this way and, more importantly, why we cannot get out of this feeling.

When someone asks us what's wrong with us, we don't know how to answer because we don't even know what exactly we feel.

4. We often feel fragmented and disoriented because our mind and body are out of sync. We keep forgetting things and feeling lost. As if they do not belong to this world...

5. All our emotions are heightened. We feel extremely emotional and cry for no apparent reason. Sometimes we feel like our heart is going to explode with love, and sometimes it feels like it's going to break. This is why we are so scared when it comes to emotions and opening up to others.

6. We have mild panic attacks or chronic anxiety.

7. We feel very lonely even when we are with other people. We begin to question them and whether we can trust them, because most of the time we are on the defensive.

8. We have bitter, jealous, angry or resentful thoughts about everything that happens around us, although we are otherwise a very compassionate and caring, forgiving person.

9. Our body is weak and every movement exhausts us. We lack energy, and exercise no longer makes us happy because it has become (too) exhausting.

10. We often are fear and we are uncertain about our future. Sometimes we feel so drained that we just want to pack our bags and start over because we no longer enjoy the things that used to make us happy.

If you feel this way too, it's about time, yes put yourself first and take care of your soul. Rest as much as you need. Turn off your phone and spend some time with your favorite things.

Get ready a hot bath, meditate, play your favorite music and spend more time with the people you love the most.

Avoid negative thoughts and stop criticizing. Learn to balance your energy.

When you really pay attention to what your soul wants, you will be able to remove from your life everything that makes you feel so tortured and weakened. Then you will be able to focus on positive thoughts and experiences, and beauty and positive energy will shine from you.
