Meringue preparation process:
Place the egg whites in a bowl and add 3 teaspoons of sugar and tartar (the latter will make the mass firmer and smoother). Start mixing with a hand mixer, first slowly, then increase the speed. Gradually add sugar while mixing. We beat until we get firm snow. We put it in a piping bag and use it to spray heaps on the baking paper that we lined the baking sheet with. Place this in the oven, heated to 100 degrees Celsius, and bake the egg white snow for 45 minutes. After three quarters of an hour, turn off the oven and let it stand for another hour. After this time, take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool. The dessert is ready. Have a good run!
