What's healthy, delicious and free? Dandelion! Because it started dandelion season, we will be able to harvest it in large quantities in the coming period and use it to enrich our spring menu. Dandelion in the culinary world is much more than just that dandelion salad. This time we are serving you a delicious recipe dandelion soup, this excellent but almost forgotten dish.

Ingredients for dandelion soup:
- 20 dag of dandelion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- ground almonds
- nutmeg
- cubes of white bread (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
The process of preparing dandelion soup:
Cook the dandelion in pure vegetable broth for a few minutes. Then cool the soup. Fry the garlic in olive oil in a pan, add the almonds and stir into the dandelion soup. Beat the mixture with a stick blender (you can also do it by hand) and add the spices. Have a good run! Dandelion soup can be enriched with sour cream or toasted bread cubes.
