1. Water with honey and lemon

You can add more to the recipe for even more vitamins an apple, green and carrots, which you also mix with a mixer.
3. Curcumin drink
Turmeric is a food that is eaten as medicine it has been used for many years - it can already be found in Ayurvedic medicine. It works like a natural antibiotic and an antiviral agent, but also has beneficial effects on skin health. Due to its antioxidant activity, it can slow down skin aging and thus prevents the formation of wrinkles. At the same time, it also acts as an anti-inflammatory and thus reduces redness and swelling of the skin.
