Ingridients:

  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup sugar or honey
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ to ½ cup milk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey
  • ¾ cup granola

Preparation:
Combine strawberries and sugar or honey in a small saucepan and gently toss to combine. Allow the strawberries to soften in the sugar for at least 10 minutes to dissolve and become syrupy. Place the pan with the strawberries and sugar on a medium-hot hob and give it a quick light stir. Stir often, the berries should have a jammy texture (from 8 to 10 minutes). Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature. You can store such berries in the refrigerator for 1 week. Mix the yogurt, milk and 2 tablespoons of honey in a medium bowl. Yogurt should be thick but still runny. If necessary, add some more milk and honey to taste. Mix ¼ of the yogurt mass into the granola. This will help it freeze in the lights. Prepare 6 models for lights on the work surface. Pour a generous spoonful of yogurt mixture into the bottom of each mold. Add a spoonful of granola and then a spoonful or two of strawberries. Repeat the process until the mold is full. Sprinkle the molds a little and, if necessary, get rid of air bubbles between the layers with the help of a stick for lights. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
