1. Nutella croissants
Ingredients for Nutella croissants:
- ½ fresh yeast
- 125 ml of lukewarm milk
- 125 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 400-500 g of sifted flour
- 125 g of coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- a little rum
- Nutella
Process:
Yeast is made by crushing fresh yeast into a lukewarm mixture of milk and water, to which we add a spoonful of flour and sugar. Let the mixture rise for a while in a warm place.
Sieve the flour, add coconut oil (you can also use butter), salt, sugar, eggs, rum and finally yeast. Stir with a wooden spoon until a firm mixture is obtained. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest in a warm place for one hour. Roll the risen mixture into circles, cut into 8 pieces, add a spoonful of Nutella to each and roll into a croissant shape. Before putting them in the oven, leave them in a warm place to rise. Before baking, brush them with an egg and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
2. Macaroons with Nutella
Ingredients for Nutella macaroons:
- 70 g of egg whites
- 80 g of finely ground, peeled almond kernels
- 120 g of powdered sugar
- 50 g of sugar
- food coloring
- Nutella
Process:
Separate the eggs the day before so that the whites warm to room temperature. Put the ground almonds and powdered sugar in a multipurpose food processor and mix into the flour, which is sifted twice. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, on which we draw circles, or with a silicone base for macaroons. Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add sugar in three parts during the further beating to get firm egg white snow. Add the desired food coloring to the mixture and then the almond flour. Here, it is important that the mixture is mixed just enough so that it slides off the stove in a piece. Put the dough in a piping bag with a round tip, then pipe it onto the baking sheet. Leave some space between the individual piles, because the dough expands a bit during baking. Tap the baking sheet three times on the work surface to squeeze air bubbles out of the dough.
We dry the dough for 30 to 60 minutes, and it is suitable for baking when the dough does not stick to the finger. Heat the oven to 150 °C. Place the baking sheet in the heated oven for 15 minutes. Macaroons are cooked when they do not move when touched. Take the baked goods out of the oven and immediately remove them from the baking tray with paper. Remove the cooled macaroons from the paper, coat them with Nutella and press the two halves together. Place in a plastic container with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Pizza with Nutella and strawberries
Nutella pizza ingredients:
- 500 g of flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1/4 l of lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Nutella and strawberries
Process:
Soften the yeast and a little sugar in 60-70 ml of lukewarm water to make the yeast. Mix the flour, salt and oil and mix in the yeast. Add the rest of the water and knead everything well. A dough mixer will also come in handy. The dough should be kneaded so long that it becomes flexible and does not stick to the pan. Quickly dip a kitchen towel in lukewarm water and wring it out. Cover the pizza dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for half an hour to rise. Divide the risen dough into 4 equal parts. Knead each piece well until the dough is completely soft. Place all four pieces on a floured cloth and let them rest for another 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 200 °C. Form the pizza dough into a round pizza and roll it out and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The pizza is baked in the oven for about 15 minutes. Spread the baked dough with Nutella and cover with fresh strawberries.
4. Vegan ice cream with Nutella

5. Nutella milkshake
Nutella milkshake ingredients:
- 1 liter of vegan ice cream with Nutella (if we don't have it, we can choose between vanilla and chocolate)
- 5 dl (rice) milk
- 2 tablespoons of Nutella
Process:
Pour ice cream cubes into the blender, add milk and Nutella. Mix well and serve. Add about 50 ml of milk to one scoop of ice cream. Chocolate liqueur can also be added to the milkshake if desired.
