  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and grease the sides of the baking pan with butter. Place baking paper on the bottom of the mold to make it easier to remove the apple bread after it is baked.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix apple pieces with cinnamon in a bowl, add chopped walnuts, sugar and a spoonful of flour.
  3. In another bowl, mix baking powder, sugar and remaining flour, add oil, buttermilk, vanilla aroma, eggs. Mix with a mixer until the ingredients are combined into a smooth mixture, which will be added to the apples. Do not discard the juice released by the apples.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture into the baking dish. Bake the apple bread for 60 minutes. Check if it is ready by piercing it with a toothpick. If it is baked, the toothpick will be dry.
  5. Leave it in the model for about 15 minutes, then take it out. When it cools down, serve it with your favorite jam and a glass of milk, tea or coffee.
