Cake with banana and chocolate
Ingredients
- 500 ml of whipped cream
- 400 g of sour cream
- 350 g ground biscuits
- 100 g of chocolate
- 70 g of powdered sugar
- 5-6 bananas
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Mix sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the sweet cream. When it is firm enough, add a mixture of sour cream and sugar.
- Add ground biscuits to the mixture and mix slowly. Divide the mixture into two parts.
- Melt the chocolate in a steamer and add it to half of the mixture. Mix well.
- Peel the bananas and sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
- Put the chocolate mixture in the cake mold and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
- Place the bananas on top and put the other half of the mixture on top.
- Put the cake in the freezer for 45 minutes to harden.
- If desired, cover the cake with sweet cream and decorate it.
