Recipe: banana and chocolate cake

Cake with banana and chocolate

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of whipped cream
  • 400 g of sour cream
  • 350 g ground biscuits
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 70 g of powdered sugar
  • 5-6 bananas
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Whip the sweet cream. When it is firm enough, add a mixture of sour cream and sugar.
  3. Add ground biscuits to the mixture and mix slowly. Divide the mixture into two parts.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a steamer and add it to half of the mixture. Mix well.
  5. Peel the bananas and sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
  6. Put the chocolate mixture in the cake mold and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
  7. Place the bananas on top and put the other half of the mixture on top.
  8. Put the cake in the freezer for 45 minutes to harden.
  9. If desired, cover the cake with sweet cream and decorate it.
