The season of outdoor culinary gatherings will be brightened up by the tenth Beer & Burger Fest 2018 on Saturday and Sunday, April 14 and 15. Connoisseurs of the juicy culinary pairing will take over Pogačarjev trg in Ljubljana for two days and explore what's new in Slovenian cuisine. kraft breweries, in which direction brewing trends are pointing and with what tasty ideas the chefs will complement the meaty, seafood and veggie essences of the burgers.
At the festival Beer & Burger Fest 2018 will be presented this time more than 40 vendors of craft beer and gourmet burgers, including vegetarian, vegan and even burgers for those with a sweet tooth.
This year, as the trends show, beers of the type will play an important role in this scene New England IPA. In addition, after the initial move away from the classic lager, which dominated the market before the brewing boom, brewers are increasingly playing with this type and, of course, presenting it in a kraft version. They are also coming to the fore fruit and sour beers, which are produced by mixed or spontaneous fermentation processes with the help of wild yeasts and bacteria (lambic, berliner weisse, wild ale, goose...).
