The Bluesland 2019 festival built its foundations on the MotörCity festival in Tolmin, which is unfortunately being cancelled. In contrast to its predecessor, which offered selected blues music to motorcycle enthusiasts as well, Bluesland will be focused solely on music. The already confirmed performers will show their talent, sense of music and skills between June 27 and 29 at the Ljubljana Castle.
This year, the pre-summer events in Ljubljana will be enriched by a new festival for the first time Bluesland 2019. The International Blues Festival will take place at the Ljubljana Castled Thursday, June 27, to Saturday, June 29. They will perform on three evenings Richie Kotzen, Ana Popovic, Eric Gales, Mike Sponza, Sven Hammond, Kirk Fletcher, Rosedale, Manu Lanvin, Laura Cox Band, Bad Notion, Tomislav Goluban Band, Shuffle Truffle and others. In addition to the regular program, Bluesland also brings exclusive jam sessions with performing artists that will last late into the night v Jazz Club Grad.
