O'mami
O'mami is a new brand of accessible and modern food, behind which well-known faces, Luka Novak and Valentina Smej Novak, are standing, who designed it as a tangible and tasty continuation of their television and book cooking. Their cooking show Love Through the Stomach, which first appeared on the program in the fall of 2009, delighted viewers every week for several seasons in a row. In the same year, they published the cookbook Love through the stomach - Modern family cooking, which was the best-selling book in Slovenia in 2010. The book was followed by two more sequels, Love through the stomach 2 - Po zdravi pameti (2010) and Love through the stomach - Simply Slovenian (2011). Thus, the product line is a logical continuation of their story.
The brand is characterized by simple yet cosmopolitan tastes. The products avoid processed and industrial ingredients and use only high-quality primary foods, as each product is born in close development cooperation with the best Slovenian producers and is the result of many tests, when the know-how of home cooking meets the challenges of technology and controlled serial production. So already this year, we can find vegetable base, béchamel, Perfect biscuits, Perfect topping, Perfect snacks Naughty, Perfect snacks Hard... and in November, the new book Zlahka O'mami will also be on the shelves, which unfolds a different practical and aesthetic experience of cooking, mediated through sensitive photo lens of Ana Hribar, known as blogger Fensišmensi.
