On Friday, December 12, the Label Grand Karakterre 3 Festival will take place at the Ljubljana Castle, where over 70 winemakers from 9 countries will present their traditional, natural or terroir wines, which come from biological or biodynamic production.
Delicious premium wines will be presented to us by excellent winemakers from Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Georgia. Visitors to the festival will be able to try over 250 wine samples and talk directly with the people behind these wines. The special feature of these premium wines is that they are produced from biological and biodynamic vineyards and then vinified in the cellar using traditional methods, with our own and not commercial yeasts, without the use of chemicals and excessive mechanical oenological processes. Natural wines reflect the terroir, i.e. the microlocation where they were created.
