- 30 g of coconut flour
- 20 g of cocoa
- 150 g of butter
For the cream:
- 120 g of coconut flour
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 120 g of sugar
- 100 ml of liquid sweet cream
- 250 ml of whipped cream
- 50 g of butter
For the dressing:
- 200 g of chocolate
- 100 ml of sweet cream
The process of making a boutny cake:
First, grind cookies and add coconut flour, melted butter and cocoa. Spread the dough on a round baking sheet (diameter 24 cm), lined with baking paper or greased with butter, and place in the refrigerator. Then we get to the cream. Mix the butter, coconut flour, sugar and sweet cream in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar and butter melt. Then add the marscarpone. The mass should keep the biscuit in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Then stir in the whipped cream. Spread it over the base and put the pan in the fridge for half an hour. The only thing left to do is prepare the dressing. Crumble the chocolate into the sweet cream and stir in a saucepan at a moderate temperature until the chocolate melts. Pour over the cake and leave in the fridge overnight to harden. Have a good run!
