All too often, we let the days simply slip past us when we sit at the computer, watch TV or constantly type on our smart devices. On the first day, we focus our attention mainly on 30 minute routine. Decide what you want and make a plan. Whatever we decide to do, let it be effective for us and let it make us happy.

Healthy food

Don't underestimate the relationship between healthy eating and physical activity. One needs the other, so we get the fastest results by considering both factors at the same time. Day 3 is about what we put into our bodies. Muscles need for their regeneration sleep, but they also need a sufficient amount of proteins and others nutrients, which are food for them. 30 minutes a day

As we near the end of our challenge, now is the time to give it our all. Which means yes we move for at least 30 minutes per day. At home, outdoors or in the gym. Let's start with exercises for heating for 7 to 15 minutes such as rocker jumps, running in place, jumping jacks together (jumping jacks), light squat with a jump, military jumps... Now that we have warmed up, let's move on to more challenging exercises, preferably also those that involve several muscle groups: simple squats, squats on one leg, forward lunges, sit-ups, bicep curls, push-ups, etc. In short, it is important to adapt the exercises that suit our physical fitness and stick with them. Don't blame yourself if you get tired quickly, focus your attention to do the exercises correctly, controlled and not too fast.

The last day is dedicated to being alone set a challenge. Test your skills and prove to yourself that you can do more than you really think. Choose an exercise that suits you, but at the same time, this exercise must contain elements that will contribute to the desired result. Exercises as they are push-ups, planks, running in place and sit-ups, are just some of the exercises with which we progress quickly. Be patient though, because that's the only way you'll get stronger. Why not decide to sign up for a group workout at a nearby gym or start running once a week? Maybe to go to a nearby hill? Try two to make it easier.

By following the above, you can quickly achieve your goal belonging to your new life routine. But don't forget that motivation quickly disappears, you just have to to persist and to do your best even on days when you don't feel the best.
