Ingredients for the glaze
- 10 spoons of powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons of gin
- 2 tablespoons of tonic water
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
Preparing the glaze
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a whisk or mixer. The glaze should be thick and sticky. When the donuts have cooled completely, place them on a tray or plate and spread a spoonful of the glaze on each one. So sweet good run!
