Gregor's Day, the Slovenian version of Valentine's Day, is the day when, according to folk tradition, birds get married, and the day when the first day of spring was celebrated during the Julian calendar. Gregor's Day brings not only spring and light, but also a lot of social events, including at the Ljubljana Castle, where the spring festival will be celebrated this year with two events, namely a fairy-tale-creative meeting from the series Nature in Fairy Tales and a concert by tango performers, the Beltango quintet .
This year it will be for Gregorjevo at the Ljubljana Castle extremely varied. Spring Festival will honor the Ljubljana dominant with a two events. Already in the morning hours, the fairy tale-creative meeting from the cycle will begin Nature in fairy tales, this time with a title Bird wedding, and in the evening the castle auditorium will be filled with the music of one for one hour of the most famous tango performers in the world, a quintet Beltango, which was founded in Belgrade in 1998 and has already performed more than 500 concerts in 20 countries.
