"Overnight" oatmeal is an ideal breakfast, as it "cooks" by itself overnight. From now on, we can forget about distracted mornings and start the day with a ready-made healthy breakfast.
For delicious oatmeal, where you can pretty much forget about cooking, you need:
• ½ yogurt
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
• ½ cup of rice or almond milk
• ½ cup oatmeal
• fruit
• nuts
All the ingredients, with the exception of fresh fruit, are poured into a container as desired, we like them more and more "mason jar" jars for pickling, which look so chic that we sometimes even take the prettily packaged porridge with us to work. Mix well and place in the refrigerator. In the morning, sprinkle some fresh fruit on top of the porridge, which has softened deliciously overnight, and you can already enjoy the pleasant taste. Of course, you can change the recipe a little each time let's play, because you can also add coconut flour, fruit yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and even frozen fruit to the porridge, which releases delicious juice overnight.
