Hookie/Co Falcon: 'spimpan' BMW R nineT

Hookie/Co Falcon

The redesigned Falcon was once a BMW R nineT motorcycle that was given a completely new look. You will find Hookie/Co in Dresden, Germany, where they turn existing motorcycles into unique, almost artistic sculptures.

The owner Hookie/Co Falcona he had only one thing in mind to put on his motorcycle BMW R nineT more classic look. At Hookie/Co, they took the image of a classic motorcycle as their inspiration Brough Superior SS100 and let the imagination run wild. Modern the image of BMW is significantly different from classical and this is where the team encountered the first problem. Although many things stood in their way, they made a decision to preserve all the components of a modern motorcycle, such as the ABS braking system and the fuel pump, and decided to work around them. To the name Falcon came about purely by chance during the process of designing a motorcycle, when they realized that the central part of the engine with the cylinders and the narrower rear part illustrate the shape of a bird or a falcon.

Parts such as the seat, fuel tank and rear end of the engine are fully made manually made of aluminum. At the same time, it was the first a project where Hookie/Co used this challenging material, and the images prove that they more than succeeded. Even the fuel pump bracket is made from aluminum to match the rest of the motorcycle. They also installed a Motogadget Motoscope instrument panel, ABM handlebar extensions and a strong one after the frame LED headlight. They put Pirelli Angel GT tires on the rims and painted the motorcycle in silver color with golden ones accents. Most of the original BMW remains vital components such as engine, suspension and frame. Falcon is thus another proof that it can be like that attractive BMW R nineT even more interesting.
