The villa was opened in 2012 as a design hotel, for those who want to get more and enjoy privacy. The style of the villa is also reflected in their cuisine, which is also available to external guests. Head chef Miha Dolinar regularly ensures that all ingredients are fresh and locally grown. Most of the spices and herbs are gathered in the mystical garden next to the villa, thus providing guests with only the best and freshest. The menu is a matter of the chef's inspiration and changes daily and adapts to the season. We can try deer tartare, caramelized duck liver on port wine jelly, Idrija žlikrofi on potato cream with roasted porcini mushrooms...
Theirs semolina risotto with smoked trout and fresh goat cheese is absolutely fantastic, but if we have more of a sweet tooth, then we can treat ourselves to an apple roll, which is a real explosion of flavors, or chestnut mousse with buckwheat crisps and caramel cream, cinnamon ice cream and cottage cheese cake with forest fruits and passion fruit. In any case, the culinary experience will be an unforgettable experience to which we will always love to return.
