LEMON ANGEL BUMPER

Ingredients for lemon ice cream:

50 dkg of sugar
1 liter of water
5 lemons
2 egg whites
3 dkg of powdered sugar
Ingredients for lemon jelly:
1 dcl of hot water
0.3 dcl of vodka
grated rind of one lemon
1 dcl strained lemon juice
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons gelatin powder

Preparation:

Pour hot water over the sugar, add the peels
of two lemons and considerable juice of all lemons. Covered
let stand until cool. Strain when cooled
and mix the hard snow of egg whites into which
powdered sugar is mixed in. Pour the mixture into
the arrow where it spins until it freezes. Meanwhile
make a solid vodka jelly from the ingredients, ma'am
cut into thin slices and just before serving
sprinkle over the angelica lemon wedge.
