Massimo Bottura is the owner of the restaurant with three Michelin stars (Osteria Francescana) and winner of the title of the best chef in the world. With his non-profit organization Food for Soul, he started a real revolution in the field of reducing food waste.
There are better ways to spend time in quarantine than staring at the TV. Cooking helps calm our nerves, and we can also enjoy it immensely. That's why it is Massimo Bottura started the project Kitchen Quarantine. The world-renowned chef "streams" his show every day at 20:00 on his Instagram. It takes viewers through all the steps of basic recipes. So far, he has prepared a mix of international cuisines (Thai Curry), traditional Italian food (tortellini) and comfort food (macaroni and cheese). After each show, he is available to answer questions that viewers may have.
