Movie trailer: Bright (2017)

Movie Bright (2017)

More and more Hollywood studios are hesitant to invest tens of millions of dollars in film projects, but they are welcomed with open arms by Netflix and Amazon, which show films on their platforms and send them to cinemas through external partners. It is an increasingly common phenomenon. Martin Scorsese's next project The Irishman will also grow in this way, as did Beasts of No Nation, and the films 13th and Manchester by the Sea. The film Bright with Will Smith, which takes place in the near future, also follows this path. In it, Smith relives his days chasing down mean boys and monsters. Even now, he is a cop who lives among strange creatures.

Netflix is a trailer for his new original film Bright just brought to the Oscars. In a project worth just 90 million US dollars, starring in the main roles Will Smith (Men in Black, Independence Day, Mean Boys) and Joel Edgerton (The Great Gatsby, Black Mass, The Warrior).
