The house got its name from the mighty mulberry tree
In a more than 200-year-old stone house, the new owners have arranged a modern holiday residence designed for today's travelers. They gave it a name deeply rooted in local tradition. Mullberry House is named after the mulberry tree that grows in front of the house and is probably as old as the stone house itself.
Photo: Mulberry HouseThe holiday home covers an area of 180 m2, spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is an open living area with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The room also has a large open fireplace, which is perfect on colder days for evenings with a good book. From the living room there is an exit to a large sunny terrace, where there is also a large outdoor pool. The sea is also not far away, just a short walk or drive away and you will find yourself on the beautiful Dalmatian coast.
On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, and an open living area that leads to another terrace. Between the first and second floors there is an open gallery, which, like the rest of the interior, is furnished in local stone and oak wood. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, which allows for a comfortable stay for up to eight people.
