Humans are quite step-motherly when it comes to food, at least judging by the amount of food we waste. Every Slovenian alone throws away as much as 82 kilograms of it every year! The number is shocking, but the situation can be improved with small actions. In this light, the project "Volk sit, goat whole" was born, and in this light also Foodee was born, a smart food organization system consisting of a mobile application, a smart reader (scanner) and a smart scale, which prevents the generation of waste or food waste.
Remember when Facebook started twisting the hands of its users years ago by removing the messaging option from its core app and forcing us to install Facebook Messenger? With this, Mark Zuckerberg earned the wrath of many users, but the move more than paid off. Today, Facebook Messenger is considered the second most downloaded mobile application in history, right after its big brother Facebook. Check below which applications are most closely followed by them.
Gone are the days when we took photos with a Polaroid, a camera that instantly printed our photo. Although its days seem to have passed, Polaroid is making a comeback. At the consumer electronics and household appliances fair IFA in Berlin, it was recently presented as a digital camera with a built-in photo printer that prints a photo instantly, but does not use ink! It sounds like the name Polaroid Snap.
Most manufacturers try to make their products useful. In order to make their customers' lives easier or better with them. Thus, before starting to develop the product, they consider their wishes and needs. Most manage to understand and then pour it into them, but only a few think outside the box and offer something that customers didn't even know they needed, but then can't imagine life without it. And we present exactly such products to you below.
The winter equivalent of the inconvenience called road congestion when we drive to the sea is a line in front of a chairlift or cable car on a ski slope. But the future promises us smart ski resorts that will improve the user experience of skiers and enable us to meander for a longer time and wait in line less time. At least that's according to a project launched at Vail Ski Resort, which has a dedicated EpicMix mobile app (soon to be available for Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone) that provides real-time information on the condition of the ski lifts.
The TouchJet company has struck again. After they pleasantly surprised us with the TouchPico miniature projector, which can turn any wall into a touch screen, they left us speechless again with the TouchJet Wave device. Like the projector, this is looking for start-up funds on Indiegogo, where it has literally "pomed" the set goal. How not, when every television screen is turned into a touch screen, which becomes a bulky Android tablet for just over 100 euros.
Vacations are slowly coming to an end, which means that many of you are returning home with full "batteries", and especially with full memory cards due to the abundance of photos taken. There must have been several hundred of them. The days when we went to the photo studio and developed them are long gone, now we move most of them to the computer. Digital photography has completely changed the way we perceive memories. We used to put pictures in albums, today they are drowning unmarked in files on the computer. Therefore, we suggest that you consider the Google Photos application, where your photos will be automatically uploaded, sorted and tagged.
Samsung unveiled the 'Jao Ming' version of the already 'Shaquille O'Neal' Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone in New York, suggesting that it's not deviating from big phones, a category it has dominated for years. 2011 with Galaxy Note also created by myself. The S6 Edge+ has a larger screen than the pioneer among mobile phones with a curved screen. In terms of software and hardware, it was inspired by its older brother, but it outgrew it in the screen (5.7 inches vs. 5.1 inches). The South Koreans also thought about autonomy, and if until now we were used to smartphones being the first concern, this is now only an afterthought.
Your fingers also itch regularly and while working on the computer you check what is happening on Facebook, Twitter, etc. and let them throw you out of your work rhythm? If so, then the Saent smart device that increases your productivity in a fun and easy way is just for you. It not only disables intruders, but also improves interaction with the applications/programs you operate with.
WATCHme, also Watchus cyclopus, is a new "species" of memory stations for smart watches "discovered" by Vivien Muller. The cyclops monster that powers the Apple Watch was inspired by monsters from movies and cartoons. And although the offer of such chargers is already quite concentrated, none is as cute as the combination of a Minion and a one-eyed green ball of Mike from Monsters in the Closet, sorry from Kickstarter, where WATCHme is collecting start-up funds.
A puffy cloud rolls across the blue sky when we log in and the gospel is heard while we chat with friends - welcome to Facegloria, Brazil's evangelical social network. Although it looks a lot like Facebook at first glance, they want to be technically and morally better. This is a network where images of homosexuality, all violent content, erotic content and about 600 "forbidden" words are prohibited. There is also no "like" button, just an "amen" button. It all sounds pretty innocent, right?
