Argentinian illustrator Al Margen reminds us with his illustrations that our society is far from perfect. Take a look at these satirical illustrations that are sure to make you think.
We all know that nothing is perfect. Not even our modern society. There is quite a bit in it problematic and worrying things, and while we've certainly noticed them, we're clearly not fast enough to change them. Al Margen, an illustrator from Buenos Aires, creates amazing illustrations, where he points out shortcomings of our time. He creates illustrations that are sometimes louder than words and encourage thinking. He is the author himself very critical of his works, and he has a real artistic attitude towards them: "These are the children of boredom, non-conformism and anger. They represent discarded ideas. They are subconscious garbage. But even so, they are more honest than other illustrations, because they have no obligation to please. They are a matter of impulse and nothing more. They were created to 'tease', because they point to our imperfection."
