Arabic Fatayer Pie

- 2 teaspoons of dry spices
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika

- Pour dry yeast into a little lukewarm water, add salt, sugar and a little flour, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil, the rest of the flour and water and knead until you get a smooth and slightly sticky dough. Add more flour if necessary.
- Divide the dough into 24 parts, form balls, spread them on the baking sheet, cover with foil and leave to rise for about 60 minutes. For the cheese filling:
- Mix all the ingredients, then mix well and place in the refrigerator. For the meat filling:
- Add finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, tomato and chopped parsley to the blender to combine, then pour in the resulting liquid.
- Mix the chopped vegetables with the other ingredients for the meat filling, then mix. Cover and refrigerate. To make the pie:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- On a floured surface, roll out one ball of dough (the diameter should be about 10-13 centimeters).
- Spread the filling in the center of the dough, then pull the edges of the dough up around the filling and bring them together to form a boat shape.
- Bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
